IT Recruiter (Temporary)

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Temporary IT Recruiter to work closely with our internal recruitment team at FusionHit. FusionHit specializes in IT staff augmentation, connecting top tech talent with global clients. This role will be instrumental in supporting our hiring efforts by identifying, attracting, and assessing top IT talent across Latin America. The selected candidate will work alongside our Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process for our internal and external needs. We need someone who can start quickly and help accelerate our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst to execute recruitment strategies for various IT roles.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial recruiter screens, assess candidate fit, and provide detailed reports on qualifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to final interview stages.
- Communicate with internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote FusionHit as an employer of choice.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing or staff augmentation environment.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and other technical positions.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS platforms (JazzHR preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of IT terminologies, programming languages, and common tech stacks.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with IT staff augmentation processes and best practices.
- Understanding of compliance and employment regulations related to IT hiring in Latin America.
