We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be working with a high-performing team on robust full stack applications, contributing to both back end and front end systems that are scalable, maintainable, and high-quality. You’ll play a key role in building solutions that impact businesses worldwide.

Our client operates in the manufacturing industry, delivering cutting-edge products powered by modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies. This project focuses on building comprehensive, integrated systems using technologies like React, Node.js, and .NET Core.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience using modern web technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js and .NET Core (C#).
  • Frontend development skills using React and React Native.
  • Experience working with SQL databases, primarily PostgreSQL; Redis is a plus.
  • Cloud experience, particularly with AWS services and deployment practices.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with pipelines (Bitrise is a plus).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency using Git for version control.
  • Comfortable using VS Code (Visual Studio is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and .NET Core.
  • Develop and maintain responsive UIs with React and React Native.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless backend-to-frontend communication.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software architecture and design decisions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
  • Utilize cloud technologies to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in AWS.
  • Continuously improve systems based on user feedback and business requirements.
