We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our fast-paced, dynamic team at FusionHit! You’ll lead the product strategy and delivery of a new internal platform being built from scratch, collaborating with engineering and business teams to define a clear roadmap and bring impactful solutions to life.

Our client is a leader in equipment financing, delivering innovative financial solutions to businesses through a tech-driven platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with a skilled engineering team using .NET, React, Azure, and Cosmos DB.

This greenfield project focuses on developing a scalable internal application that streamlines operational workflows in the financial services industry.

Location:

Must reside and have work authorization in Costa Rica.

Availability:

Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile development environments.
Proven experience launching greenfield internal tools or enterprise platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and leading Agile ceremonies.
Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and detailed user stories.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments, especially .NET, React, Azure, and Cosmos DB.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
Strategic mindset and strong decision-making ability in early-stage product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the initial product roadmap for a greenfield internal platform.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize the backlog and guide development to maximize business impact.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure successful sprint delivery.
Lead Agile ceremonies and serve as the voice of the product throughout development.
Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the product roadmap.
Ensure high quality, usability, and performance of the internal application.
Be a change agent in introducing new workflows and supporting adoption.
