We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will architect and build user interfaces from the ground up, delivering exceptional, high-performance web applications using cutting-edge technologies like React and Next.js. This is an exciting opportunity to shape front end architecture for a new product area, working closely with a cross-functional team in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

This project focuses on building complex, data-intensive UIs such as dashboards and screeners capable of handling real-time, high-velocity data.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5-8+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend technologies.
  • Expertise in React and its ecosystem (hooks, routing, state management).
  • Proven experience with Next.js for building server-rendered and static applications.
  • Demonstrable experience architecting large-scale front end systems from scratch.
  • Strong experience with data-heavy UIs and performance optimization for real-time rendering.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling tools like Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools like Vite or Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
  • Strong testing experience using Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Cypress.
  • Comfort with consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of driving projects to completion.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent English skills (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, performant frontend applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Build complex user interfaces capable of handling real-time, data-intensive environments.
  • Own the frontend architecture and ensure alignment with modern best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless UX.
  • Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Utilize AWS services for infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest front end technologies and advocate adoption.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
